The Detailed Plan under consideration involves intervention of modification and adaptation of the settlement structure of Vignole with the aim of raising safety standards, improve the accessibility of links between the various territorial realities, the duration of the effects induced by the Detailed Plan and the minimization of environmental impacts.

The set of planned interventions contributes to determine positive changes, helping to give value and meaning to landscape; these interventions allow a better readibility of the territory, and an optimization of the perceptual insertion, contributing, in general, not only to an increase of the environmental quality, through the valorization of vegetation layout, but also of the formal quality, through the highlighting of the identity signs of the landscape.
